Let’s Read A Play

This event will take place in-person at our studio 4001 N Ravenswood Ave Unit 303-B.

Join us Friday, September 9, 7pm when we will read a play aloud and discuss it afterward. No memorization or preparation required to participate. Participants can BYOB and snacks.

Let’s Read a Play is an open-to-everyone series at Green Shirt Studio for artists to engage with one another by reading a play out loud. No acting experience is required to participate, however, please only register if you can commit to the event as the play chosen is based off the number of registered participants. You’ll be emailed a PDF of the script and after hearing a description of the play at the kick off of the event, volunteer for the role you’d like to play.
